I used this both AM and PM🤡( Yes I used spf lip balm even in PM🤡 because I couldn't afford another better lipbalm at PM since this itself emptied my pocket🤡) This was the 2nd lip balm I got after switching from nivea. This was my hg..I loved this lip balm soo much ️. It helped me protect my lips and also it helped to heal my dry lips.
